Huron Industrial Supply is not responsible for any order once tracking information has been provided. Responsibility resides in the postal service that was chosen. If buyer has chosen “Let Huron Industrial Supply choose the cheapest/best method available”, we will choose the cheapest method for the order. All shipment and delivery dates are estimates only, and are not guaranteed.
If there is any problem with the shipment of the buyer’s merchandise, please contact the postal service that was carrying buyer’s merchandise first. Once this has been done and a problem still arises, please contact Huron Industrial Supply at 1-800-800-4967. Please have the order number ready to help speed up service.
Damaged merchandise, missing parts, or problems with merchandise must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Keep damaged goods and containers for inspection if necessary. After 5 days, Huron Industrial Supply is no longer responsible for problems with the merchandise. Upon reporting, Huron Industrial Supply will determine if any action is necessary.
Truck shipments: Shippers are not responsible for merchandise damaged or lost by motor freight carriers. If your shipment is damaged or short, have it noted by the carrier on the delivery receipt. Without this proper notation, you accept it at your own risk.
Unless otherwise stated, Buyer will be responsible for any freight cost associated with the delivery of the merchandise to its destination and will be pre-paid and added to buyer’s invoice. Any extra or additional charges or services rendered in transit or at the destination will be the responsibility of the buyer.
